Registration of SECURE Buyers

This is a special and sensitive topic, so please read carefully.

First: Who is a “Secure Buyer”?
These are potential investors or individuals who will definitely buy a property if the Agency (We) has or will find the property they are looking for. According to our agreement, for these clients, you as the Agent receive – 30% of the total net profit – from the deal. However, this information is very sensitive and can be misused.

To eliminate the possibility of misuse, we will follow these procedures:

  1. Standard Registration:
    First, you must register the new client using the standard procedure.

  2. Preference Form:
    Using the online form for buyers (available on the Home Page), register the locations and property types the client prefers.

  3. Set as “Private”:
    During registration, mark this data as – “Private” . This means other agents cannot see contact information of buyers, and it will not be public. It remains your private information.

    • Internal Map:
      Other agents will only see a notification on the internal map that there is demand for a house/apartment in that location. Contact information of the buyer will NEVER be displayed.

    • Search Effort:
      The Agency will then communicate carefully with other agents and partner agencies to find the required property as fast as possible.

    • Finalization:
      When the property is found, the Agency completes the sale in coordination with you. This ensures a successful sale and protects your interest.

Conclusion:

  • This information is yours only.
  • The internal map shows only basic demand info (no names or contact info).
  • The final sale is always done with your full coordination.
