The floor plan is organized around a central hallway that divides the active living spaces from the private bedrooms. The top section of the apartment holds an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is positioned next to a dining table that seats six people. This area flows directly into the main lounge, which provides ample seating and direct access to a large outdoor terrace, allowing natural light to enter the main space.
The lower section of the layout contains three separate bedrooms. The bedroom on the bottom left has a large window and floor space for a seating arrangement. The middle bedroom and the right side bedroom are positioned along the bottom edge of the plan, with the right bedroom offering more square footage. A second, smaller balcony is located at the bottom right of the apartment.
The apartment includes two bathrooms to support the residents. The larger bathroom is located near the entrance hallway on the top left, while a secondary bathroom is situated centrally in the hallway near the sleeping areas. Storage spaces and closets are placed along the corridors and inside the bedrooms to keep the primary living areas clear and functional.
